At Tattoo in tokyo Studio, we value your time and ours. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking.

  1. Booking Deposit
  • All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your slot.
  • Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo cost on the day of your appointment.
  1. Rescheduling Policy
  • You must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
  • If you reschedule within the allowed time, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
  • Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours) will result in losing your deposit.
  1. Cancellations
  • All cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
  • If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit cannot be refunded or credited (the deposit will not be refunded).
  1. No-Show Policy
  • If you fail to show up on the booked date and time without notice, your deposit will be forfeited (the deposit will not be refunded) and you will need to pay a new deposit for future bookings.
  1. Refunds for Completed Tattoos
  • Tattoos are non-refundable, as they are custom and permanent services.
  • We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with designs approved by the client before tattooing.
  1. Studio Rights
  •  Tattoo in Tokyo Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or artist availability.
  • In rare cases, if the artist cancels, your deposit will be transferred to a new date or the deposit will be refunded.
