At Tattoo in tokyo Studio, we value your time and ours. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before booking.
- Booking Deposit
- All tattoo appointments require a deposit to secure your slot.
- Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo cost on the day of your appointment.
- Rescheduling Policy
- You must notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment to reschedule.
- If you reschedule within the allowed time, your deposit will be transferred to the new date.
- Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours) will result in losing your deposit.
- Cancellations
- All cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
- If you cancel without rescheduling, the deposit cannot be refunded or credited (the deposit will not be refunded).
- No-Show Policy
- If you fail to show up on the booked date and time without notice, your deposit will be forfeited (the deposit will not be refunded) and you will need to pay a new deposit for future bookings.
- Refunds for Completed Tattoos
- Tattoos are non-refundable, as they are custom and permanent services.
- We do not issue refunds for dissatisfaction with designs approved by the client before tattooing.
- Studio Rights
- Tattoo in Tokyo Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or artist availability.
- In rare cases, if the artist cancels, your deposit will be transferred to a new date or the deposit will be refunded.
