At Mangesh Rane Tattoo Studio, we aim to provide a clear and fair payment structure for all clients. Please review our policy before booking.


1. Booking Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your tattoo appointment.

  • Deposits confirm your booking and are applied to the final tattoo cost.

  • The deposit amount will vary depending on tattoo size and design complexity.


2. Payment Methods

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and secure online transfers.

  • Full payment must be completed on the day of the tattoo session.


3. Rescheduling & Deposits

  • If you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit will carry over to the new date.

  • Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours) will result in losing your deposit.


4. Deposit Forfeiture

Your deposit will be forfeited if:

  • You cancel without rescheduling.

  • You fail to show up for your appointment.

  • You arrive more than 30 minutes late without notice.


5. Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment.

  • Tattoo services are non-refundable as they are custom and permanent.

6. Multi-Session Tattoos

  • Large tattoos requiring multiple sessions will need additional deposits for each session.


7. Studio Rights

  • Mangesh Rane Tattoo Studio reserves the right to adjust pricing based on time, complexity, or design changes.
